I was very grateful for the fab room with a king size bed. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The fridge was an unexpected bonus left as a welcome for kids, which may prove useful on my next trip. The staff were so friendly, especially Sheana who could not have been more helpful. The excellent breakfast was a lovely touch. The location was fantastic, right beside the shopping outlets, with a great range of shops and retail outlets on our doorstep. The dining experience was great with excellent choices, and it was amazing to have porridge with clotted cream and peaches. The view was somewhat spoiled. Overall, a fabulous stay worth the money.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was convenient, being right beside Manor West Retail Park. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with some amazing dishes but also some room for improvement. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
